Scammers plain and simple
Caller: scammers
Collection Agency. I didn't recognize the no. so I didn't answer. Then when I called back I gave them my name and the phone number they called me at. They couldn't find a record of me so they asked for DOB, SSN, address, etc. I told them that since they called me, they should already know me and that I don't owe anyone anything that would be with a collection agency. When I refused to give them my personal info, they just hung up on me.

They left a voice mail playing 20 seconds Shaggy's song "Angel". This was very very odd coming from an 800 number and what seems to be a financial company.
