This is NOT a scam, it is really their support.
Caller: Norton Support
Male caller with E Indian accent introduced himself as being with what sounded like Northern Support, giving a case number. Adds that as he was unable to reach me, I could go to their website (which he gives). Sounds to me like a legitimate followup call, though could have called wrong number?? Unsure. I have had no dealings with such a company (or Nordstrom).

I called the number to double check name and it is actually NORTON Support (Antivirus software company), which I had contacted earlier regarding an issue with their software. This was a followup call regarding this complaint.
