bob jackson called again for the 3 rd day in a row and is threatening me about how they are gonna send the sheriff for me, and also wants the number for H@R to left them know they are just harrassing me and won't stop what can i do, i am getting tired of this when will they stop. also a ladt name ms clitton she said she was investigator,

This is a Third Party Debt collector, I googled their number and pulled up a craigslist job ad dated 2/28/12. If you don't want them calling I would ask them for their mailing address as if you want to make a payment then write them a letter letting them know they are not allowed to contact you via phone or mail.

I also received a cal stating that my husband had maliciously fraud the IRS and that he needs to pay an amount. If the amount was not paid that he was going to turn over to the authorities therefore he can be picked up for fraud. I told him that my husband didn't have anything pending with IRS, if that was the case, they would of send us a letter stating the balance. He stated well it went to collections, which is a lie.....because we never receive a lick of paperwork. He didn't want to send me info via email and I also asked for hard copy of this information and I told him I was NOT sending him or paying him a penny until I know what this is about. Long and behold here I am commenitng on this because it's a scam... Can you tell me what else we can do...they have my husband info, work, last four digits of SS and DOB..Help!

called and asked for an employee of mine. said it was related to a case. did a little investigation and found that it was a little weary. don't trust this company or give them any information of yours.

I am told the guys name is Bob Jacks at ext 105, I had an attorney call they said it was a scam the guy would not answer any questions or give any information on this debt which is not legal. The attorney said not to pay them any thing
