The people from this number has been calling me for over 2 years. When I am home, I have actually waited for a person to come on the line and told them I am not the man they are looking for (I am female). They assure me that my name would be removed from their list...they call again a week or two later. Is there any action I can take to stop them??

Whoever is calling from this number is lighting up my phone looking for a russel p. frank... I am not russel p. frank!!! I keep telling them, they won't listen, at least 1-5 calls a week! Whenever i try to call back i get put on hold and eventually hung up on.
