Have had 11 calls from this number in the last 5 days. There was only one message left. They gave this call back number and some number to reference. They did not identify a company or organization they were calling from.

I receive an unbelievable amount of calls DAILY. I HAVE BLOCKED this # but it still continues. There is one ring, then block. I want to STOP THEM period. This is harassment!! I think it is coming from Sears/window replacement. I have Never ask them for a quote, have never spoke to them. They would never get my business.

Freddy - if you live in FL they have a law against harassing calls to your cell phone. The offender with the help of a crafty lawyer gets you between $500 to $1500 per each call the offending company makes after you pick the phone up and warn them not to call you further. The lawyers are all over Tampa advertising on TV about this very thing. Of course you need to have phone records of the calls and have to have notified them to stop calling you. And be willing to give 50 % of what you make over to the crafty lawyers who put a stop to it. I recently read about a guy who collected $24,550 off a collection outfit who called his new cell number - which was a recycled one. Still the calls stopped the lawyer earned 12.275 but the calls STOPPED. I don't know if this helps but I have to believe other states have similar laws in place.

I requested names of contractors who could do some cabinet work from a free on-line service. The only one in my area that came up was Sears which I do not do business with. I have responded to their email to cease contacting me but they continue to call several times a day. I don't answer and they never leave a message.

Leaves no message. When I called back the message line says Sears. Then they started calling and making weird noises. I called Sears to complain but they said it was a legit number. Yeah legit crazy.

They say the call is in response to a free estimate request for heating/cooling & they give a reference number. However, I never made this request.

The automatically dialed call was initiated to my cell number for the purpose of selling me AC service. Sears used a predictive dialer which caused a dead air call to my cell number.

Roof repair/replacement service.
I asked the caller if she was calling me out of the blue or had received my number requesting information. She stated that the call was a random call using and automated dialer. I pressed her further to see if she received my number from a leed service; but she maintained it was a random call. My reason for trying to determine why the call is because I have receive several other similar such calls from other contractors offering the same service. One contractor was kind enough to advise he received my name and number from an internet service that provides leeds for a fee. The leeds appaently are obtained by someone who registeres on the service with name, address, and phone no. looking for a service. One such service mentioned was servicemaster.com. I did not register nor am I interested in their services. Seems the internet service should confirm contact info prior to distributing it. She agreed to place my number on their do-not-call list.
