They called, it rang once, then went straight to voicemail: This sounded like a robo-call, but she left a long message:
"Hi. This is Melissa calling with the funding department at the direct business loan center. I am following up on a piece of mail that I sent your business regarding approval for a business plan of credit up to $215,0000 at a 4.5% rate. Your credit score is not a factor. Pre-approval is based on your company profile in the industry. I would like to go over the terms and rates with you before the pre-approval expires. Please call me as soon as possible at 1-800-756-3308. Again the number is 1-800-756-3308. I look forward to speaking with you and have a blessed day."
She never identifies her company, I've never done business with them, and this is spam.
They called my cell phone, which is on the FTC and State of FL Do Not Call List.
