I hate calling me late at night for asking me to load on my phone so that they can met their number for that month... I’ll call tawag pinoy if I need to load up on phone.

I grew tired of Tawag na Direc't marketing phone calls. They constantly badger you to add minutes even when you don't need to. When I needed support to make an overseas call, their customer service numbers were not working. Their website pretends to provide for customer complaints with documented ticket numbers but no one in the company was even aware of this.

Tawag Na Direct. Sunday 06/25/2011 Is my day off, I don't make any related to bussines. They call to my private number (don't know how did they get it - maybe randomly). I don't need them at all. I don't know who they are, I haven't had any bussines with them.
When I need a good or service, I look for it.
