The number is an authentic PNC bank customer service. I got locked out of my account and I called the number. It got solved instantaneously

NOT a spam caller. I received an email regarding some changes I made to my account. The email was to confirm I had made the changes, and provided this number (800 762-2035) to call if I had any questions. I did and called the number and it proved to be a number for my bank.
