Scammers are calling people, mostly businesses, telling them their electric accounts are past due and are facing disconnect unless they make an immediate payment to 1-800-766-4980.

This is fraud. Calling 1-800-766-4980 sounds like a legitimate service but it is a scam. BEWARE.
