I am the same person as before. I got the AMR file of the voicemail from my phone to upload.
Caller: 767 7347
Called me, left a messge saying they were from discover student loans and wanted to talk about the contents of a letter. However, I go to a public middle school. Not college. Probably a scammer or caller id spoofing.
