First, I was thinking this is a scam, so when they call me, I am just playing with them. The caller stating that he is from Sprint then I am qualified to get an upgrade with no fees. The guy know every little thing about my account. I am very skeptical so I didn't give my card. I give a prepaid card instead. My phone delivered after two days, me feeling unsure about this so I call the Sprint care, they said it was legit sprint transaction. Care rep mentioned to me that this is a number from Order and Account Dept and they are calling customers that are qualified for promotions. Some indian hacker use this number to scam sometimes so you need to make sure that everything is good

Called me twice today on my cell phone. I used Google's Call Screening feature to which they did not respond either time.
I highly suspect it is spam.

Asked me if I could update today, what phone would I choose, told her I wasn't looking to update, and if she was really with Sprint, she'd know why (I'd just updated all my phones a couple of months ago). Blocked, after I confirmed the number here.

Caller ID was Sprint (work) would not leave message. Sound quality poor and much background buzzing when I did answer. The caller was a male, had a special offer for adding a line and getting an IPhone or IPad. Sorry, we're aren't Apple fond. But they asked questions which I avoided responding "Yes" to, and I just said No Thanks and he went on talking as I clicked the end call icon. Sometimes I just wish it was an old style rotary phone I could slam a receiver down on. LOL I think is spam, I expect better quality if they would contact by phone.

Called 2X and did not leave a message. After 2nd call I called from a blocked number. First message says "Thanks for calling Sprint" and asks if you are a S. customer or new. I punched in Sprint customer and 0 and got to a women with an accent. Gave her the number and said she'll check if this is the marketing dept. Wanted my phone number which I refused. After holding for several minutes she came back and said we will need your social security number to check your account. Told her that wouldn't be happening and hung up. Smells like a SCAM to me.

Sales pitch for Sprint customers to upgrade their existing service or phone. They had called before they did not leave a voicemail.

Call received. Call went to voice mail ... 1 min and 45 seconds of nothing just air/static. Definitely going to call them and complain as I have asked several times to remove me from any sales calls. I’m to a pony I may as well switch to ATT.

scammers worse nightmare

These scammers are so good they even have the legitimate SPRINT customer service reps fooled. I called to complain about these guys from SPRINT cold calling me and asking for PIN codes and security question answers, and was told by two separate customer service agents that these guys are legitimate SPRINT sales reps. When I asked why they were cold calling and asking for secure account info there was no good answers given. When asking to speak to a supervisor I was give the run around and never got one on the phone. SPRINT does not care about their customers, and they are all incompetent buffoons. Do not give these scammers your info.

Said it was Sprint and talked to me about upgrading my 6S. Knew what i was paying monthly and knew all the upgrade phone monthly costs. Said could get me an iphone X within 2 days for $10 shipping and stores don't have in stock. I called store and that is true they don't have phone in stock. But I decided to research phone number as I hate to give credit card info to strange callers. And from what i read this is a SCAM. So thanks.
