I have received 6 calls so far today, September 23, 2018. every 30 minutes. I tried to call the number back and it said it was no longer in service.

Received a call from this number every 30 mins on Sunday 12/11/2016. We currently have no dial tone, and have reported the problem to Windstream so it may have been a trouble shooting call. but it went to voicemail and clogged our recording line.
