Visit CareFirst.com and search “Health Coaching” for full explanation of this benefit and why privacy is protected. Legit in every way. My coach is an RN and she has been so helpful in preparing me for my surgery earlier this year.

After 2 previous hangups/lost signals, I finally got a human when they called again. I was suspicious because there was no info in Caller ID and the people wanted me to verify my information by providing my name, birth date and address (not social security number). I went to my Carefirst.com website and it is what she said - Carefirst's Health and Wellness program, "Healthways - 800-783-4582" - they provide telephone Health Coaches. Somehow they need to identify themselves better.
