These guys, as you well know, try to get your card number and expiration date out of you so they can RIP YOU OFF!

Telemarketing scam, credit card offers for lower interest rates, they call at least once a day and will not remove me from their list although I'm already on the DNC registry...

thieves who offer to lower your interest rate. they insinuate they have your card data, but they don't. and they try to trick you into confirming your expiration date and giving them the card number that starts with X, depending on whether you have a Visa, MasterCard, etc.
Please add a new category of "Fraud"!
that is what they're doing. none of your categories covers this.
certainly you can't be afraid to have that quite necessary category.
