This company called several times about debt owed in 2009 to Lab Corp that was already paid. When I tried to resolve the call they kept hanging up on me. So unprofessional and lack of communication. If they are a debt collector they should try everything to meet the customers half way especially if they are calling in error. Lab Corp and Quest should have better company representing them

My doctor told me that his office was set up with Quest Diagnostics for all of his patients to be billed through him and Quest Diagnostics was NOT supposed to be sending me a seperate bill and that my bill was already paid through his office account with them.

Bottom feeder collection agency. I refused to pay a Quest Diagnostics bill when Quest refused to recognize their error. After multiple collection attempts by other collection agencies, the bills end up at people like this in the hope of getting a few suckers to pay.
They are out of India and no matter how much shouting and hang ups I have done they just keep trying.

call originated from india. they are phishers for information by using internet searches for people with the same name. caller provided inaccurate info on some collection when verifying the mailing address. very confrontational and aggressive in explaining the nature of the call. tell them you are recording their conversation and submitting to the government for harassment. NEVER give them your name or address or phone number.

Collection office that doesn't answer when you call them back.
