I get several calls daily from 800-793-8861. How do I stop the calls?

thtey harass with several daily phone calls and i dont
even live at the place anymore for years and keep calling wanting a payment!!!
I keep getting phone calls on my phone for my mother who died earlier this year, she never signed any papers connecting to her house, she was told when she would pass away that she would owe nothing. So why do they keep calling me. I can hardly afford to pay the utilities on moms house and my own. I haven't been able to sell her house yet.
