Received a call from this number. Claimed to be from Southern California Edison electric utility company. However, this telephone number DOES NOT MATCH the telephone number that appears on the actual utility bill! Utility company confirmed this when checked! If you're interested in the actual CARE discount program, just call the authentic number that appears on the back of your utility bill. Who knows who this really is and what their intentions are! Definitely beware!
