Legimate number; Lowe's delivery service informing customer of the date and time frame the customer can expect thier purchase to arrive.

Person called Joe and later refused to give his name or ID of company called to complain of someone allegedly making bullying comments on a FB page. Implication was it reflected badly on organizations the individual was involved in and desire was that the individual be blackballed. Person would not give full name, contact info or media company he/she claimed they worked for. Threatened media disinformation regarding the organization where person was alleged member. Said they had screen shot proof and would send. Nothing ever arrived.
