Finally decided to call number back and actually got a person. Said they were trying to contact a person with same last name as the guy who had this number before me at least 4 years ago and apparently owed everyone in the country. Said she would delete my phone #

Number is continuously calling throughout the day and even after working hours. You answer the phone and no one says anything. No messages are left.
