Seems to be a collection agency but they have a class action lawsuit against them right now

I also was hung up on, so I called them (which is probably what they want you to do). They told me they are "Transworld Systems" when I called them - they are a collection agency. They said there is an account with same last name as mine as said they would take my # out of their system.
