Caller type: Scammer/Fraudster

Aggressive and unsolicited calls to us on average of 6 daily, five days a week. We ask them not to call, but the calls keep coming relentlessly. Phone numbers change with every other call, so we cannot block them. DoNotCall registry and our phone provider cannot help us. On 7/13/17, during the third successive phone call while we were eating dinner, I said to the caller, "How does it feel to work for a crummy call center and pester people all day?" and then unplugged the phone. I later found a threatening phone message on our answering machine. Apparently, Sustainable Energy Outreach LLC is located at 6117 Reseda Blvd., Suite J, Tarzana, CA 91335. I'm taking our complaint to the California Public Service Commission and to CA Consumer Protection, and to our television stations' consumer champions. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB for LosAngeles. I will continue to complain everywhere I can. These callers are lead-generators for solar companies. The company does not send out state auditors, it sends out someone who hustles solar panels.
