Just got call from this number and I almost got tricked! It was a lady calling saying that our SEARS warranty is expiring and it's an old one so she has to take care of it now. She kept on saying that she's on an outbound call so I can't call her back. I asked if I can do this online or in-store, and she said that the warranty is too old that I could only take care of it now. I even told the lady that my father passed away recently and that we have to settle things first so we would like to get back to them...and then she hung up...so upsetting! PLEASE stop these people!

I've been averaging 3 calls each evening for the last five days. They do not leave a message; they call at inappropriate times and I'm tired of dealing with Sears. They came out to "fix" an icemaker which really did not need fixing. Once it was removed and had time to thaw it's been working like a charm for 2 months - but only after I was talked into ordering a new one. So I guess when this one breaks, I'll have a spare. I do wish they would get the message and quit calling.

I called 800 827 6655 "Sears Protection Agreement" answered.
A (Free) one year manufacturer's warranty was about to expire.
They said they would take me off their list. I hope they take me off their list.

This call is supposedly to extend my warranty. I call it harassment. I'm not even sure the guys for real. When I told him, I wasn't giving him my card info over the phone, he said have a nice day and hung up. For all I know, he could've been some criminal.

This number keeps calling and hanging up. From my research it's Sears trying to get me to extend my warranty. It needs to stop. I'm on the Do not call list.

Most pernicious harassment calls I've ever seen. Would have purchased elsewhere if I had known they would do this to me about purchasing an extended warranty. Not even sure what item / unit they are calling about as I have purchased from Sears for several rental properties.

Am receiving four, five sometimes six calls a day from this number. They make all the calls in the evening right around dinner time, and always hang up without leaving a message to voicemail or answering machine. If I pick up call before it goes to message, the call disconnects. regardless of time of day, if you call the number back I get a message that the "office is currently closed."

They call numerous calls during the day. I am on a "do not call list". When the answering machine comes on they hang up. Very annoying!
