Just now, at 9:54am, they called back. I decided to take the call and spoke with John at 21st Century who said he would transfer me to an agent for California. I told him that I already received an email quote early this morning and that I didn't request an online quote. He immediately said he was sorry for any confusion and hung up before I could tell him that I didn't want any contact.

Didn't answer the phone when they called at 9:28am but she said that I had filled out an online request for an insurance quote when I had not. I have been with USAA. Interestingly, at 4:51am today they had sent a quote to my email. I don't get what is going on and not sure how they got my email either.

Receiving call after call from 21st century insurance saying they wanted to give me a quote. I never contacted them and they refuse to stop calling. Calling every 2 to 5 minutes wont stop.

They left a vm saying they are 21st century insurance and that I had requested a quote from the internet. I had done no such thing.

they call every week or so about insurance that I never signed up for. asked them to stop many times.
