We received a very official looking letter saying we owed over $7000. Checked phone number and saw all the complaints

They sent a letter to my fathers mail box. The letter claimed it was from the IRS. When called the resin claims to be a federal agent with the IRS, he knew both his and his wife’s SSN and how much they paid in taxes . He knew that my father was in ICU lockdown at the Hosital. He was demanding his wife sign over the title to the house or pay 270,978 or he would take the house and prosecute them both for tax evasion!
