There was no answer when receiver was picked up,this happens every time this number appears on my id caller.

Lowering interest rates, normally preceded by a recorded message. If given option to press # to not receive anymore calls, I've pressed, but keep receiving calls. When I press the # to talk with someone and ask for them to stop calling they hang up on me...then calls continue. I've recv'd at least 7 since 1/1/2012. Different #'s, different names, sometimes different voices.
