This number displayed on my tv saying we needed to pay the bill. We called this number and they tried to tell us that we owed money and couldn’t talk to the higher ups till we upgraded to a “new package” we decided to drop direct tv in general instead and after we hung up our tv came back on regularly. This is some type of scam.

Same for me! Misdialed DirecTV and "Solution Center" answered and when I said I want to cancel HBO, I got a hard-sell for some sort of warranty. We went back and forth, and she asked why I wanted to pay $7.95/month instead of $100 for 3 years of coverage, several times, and I finally said, "Because I'm stupid with my money, which is evidenced by how much I pay for DrecTV" and she said, "This isn't DirecTV." That's when I realized I'd misdialed.

I misdialed this number by mistake and got a VERY HARD SELL to try to get me to purchase a direct TV warranty. This is a scam. I do not think they are affiliated with direct TV at all. I got so angry, I just hung up.

This number preys on miss dials to Direct tv as their # is one digit off of direct TV's #. they sell you worthless warranties. It is a total scam they say you can save $ by signing up -- but then when you need warranty work you just get a series of voice mails and no help. I have called 6 times and never had a call returned. I was scammed. Don't be scammed hang up.

We have received multiple calls from this number and our caller ID says DIRECTV, but it is a message from a collection agency requesting a call back. It is definitely not DIRECTV making these calls.
