'Zak' claiming to be from Nicor, left this number for me to call back about the "Nicor Choice Program."

However, when dialing the number, the automated answer says thank you for calling MX Energy. I then hung up.

Piecing this together, it looks like MX Energy is an unregulated alternative natural gas supplier who wants you to switch from Nicor to them.
