Yes. Received call at 1:08pm Friday, June 3, 2015. Said they were from Geek and were making a followup call and that my computer had a virus.
I hung up.

Same thing happened to me as everyone else here...

Call my cell phone. Said he was from geek something and said to turn my computer on. Told him I didn't have one. Then ask if I wanted to by one. I said no. Remove my number from your list. And hung up. His name was John. He called me right back on a unknown number. Picked up and he was mad st me for hanging up on him and called me rude. I ask to talk to his supervisor about 5 times and then he said I will transfer you to my boss. Talk to him didn't get name. Told him to remove M number. He said he knew I had a computer. Told him I wasn't going to let None hack my computer. He said he wasn't. I said I was recording this call and then he said His was to. I told him No and I would turn him into the police and then I hung up. No call back as if yet. That was at 6:20 pm on June 29, 2015.

They called my cell and when I asked them to repeat who they were, they started laughing and
I told them to go F themselves and hung up on them. They have tried to call me back twice but I did not answer my phone.

So a guy from this number called and said that my computer had a virus and asked me to get on my PC so he could fix it. I said ok then I informed him that I work in IT and that I was certain that my machine was not infected. His reply was oooo so work in IT then he hung up in my face. LOL

Trying to get me to run diagnostics on my computer because it is infected. I told him I can't do that he said why not I said it was a secret... He ended the call saying "Go F$*! Yourself" lol who is this stupid????

These jerks have been calling my house for about the last three months and my mom keeps telling them that they need to talk to me and that I am asleep when they call or not at home. Ironically I just got off the phone with them but not before giving this idiot a good piece of my mind. Maybe I should explain more, you see I am a network engineer for the 3rd largest internet provider in the world. He actually had the nerve to try and tell me that my computer was sending out viruses without my knowledge, LOL right! He even wanted to know what company I worked for and I told him it was none of his business and that I would report him to the FBI and the FCC. Then he started trying to convince me he was correct and that is when I asked him three questions that he couldn't answer, 1) what is my MAC of my router, 2) what was my IP, 3) what was my global IP. He couldn't answer and that is when I got extremely nasty and told him this is a scam do not call this number again, I then hung up and logged into my account for my provider and blocked the 800 number. Freaking IDIOT believed he could still scam me after all of that and I have also sent email to our local FBI branch and I hope it does some good, however, I doubt it. I am considering routing all my calls through my PC now and removing from the block list so that I may catch this jerk and have it all recorded.

I find them funny, I like to mess with them when they call. I keep them on the phone as long as possible if I'm not busy doing anything, I've got multiple computers so I ask them what the mac address or Ip address of the machine they're calling about is and they're like "uhh, what's a mac address?"

Same as above calls,I want to know what company gave this number , if the company that gave this as a number,knows this is a scam company And you cant bet they know by now ,than they should be held accountable !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GEEK SUPPORT LINE.-(HE SAID) ... WANTING ME TO GIVE THEM COMPUTER ACESS. I HAVE NO HOME COMPUTER. IPAD ONLY.. INDIAN CALLER WITH LOTS OF NOISE IN THE BACKGROUND. I HUNG UP.

This number has called my phone 5 times so far and has never left a message.

I do not answer my phone on calls I am unfamilar with. This number has called my number 5 times without leaving a message. After reading these posts, I will have to find out from AT&T how to block it.

They tried to tell me my computer was infected with a virus, and that they work for Windows. I would have expected them to say they work for Microsoft. The person that called me then transferred me to someone else to fix my computer. Both were Indian, and the second one wasn't very nice. He then hung up on me when he realized I wasn't going to give him access to my computer. They did have my address, which is scary.

They are really cocky and when I said I would report them because I am on the Do Not Call Register he said "Go ahead", then proceeded in asking me again to give them access to my computer. Like hell I will.
