Didn't get call, but did get 2 credit card charges for 106.95 and a .60 cent charge all charged to my debit card. called bank and cancelle my card at the bank. Apparently these lowlifes found a way to randomly select numbers and see I they go thru with a really small amount and if it works, they proceed with larger amounts.

This place does nothing but try to scam people out of money! It's a Correctional Billing Service, First they notify you that you owe a bill for a collect call you accepted, Then if you do not pay they sent it off to a collection agency. How fucked up is that! I would like to know how many people have gotten scammed by them and have gotten point's on their FICO scores for not paying!

attempting contact for credit of dropped calls has been difficult very long hold wait periods no answer 05 seperate times. Correctional billing need reform.

It's generated by a call placed from a correctional institution. Even if the call isn't recognized or accepted.. Correctional Billing Services will redial the number "several times" (their quote) to get you to accept the call.

Once you recv. 1 of these calls you will get numerous IDENTICAL calls in the future.
