800-846-8212 CID reads SPECTRUM called 2:10 PM (EDT) 06/14/2019 with a survey Robocall . "Hi. This is Spectrum, calling with an opportunity to provide us with valuable feedback. We will attempt to call you back at another time. Thank you and goodbye."

It is Spectrum Cable calling for input on how helpful their cust. service was. they tell you that you will receive a call to answer 5 questions. As far as I know they only call if you called them for help. Again the Rep. tells you that a call will come.

Continual pestering of solicitations and surveys! They are to the point of harassing and annoyance and to the point of reporting them to they call Noe in Spiro in the police and, their customer service sucks! There is no other way to put it!

Continuous survey calls to see how their customer service is and they do not provide good product for the price, and then when you expect them to provide good, detailed instructions from technical support -- they do not know how to do it -- and get upset when you tell them to explain it in layman's terms because you do not understand the technical way that they are so used to explaining it -- yet they should understand that the customers are not as technical as they are. If the customer says anything, you get very angry with you and upset with you! They also do not provide quality cable services and internet services for a reasonable price! You do not get what you pay for! They will tell you that you do, but that is a bunch of bullcrap! They just want to promote themselves the best, when they are not, and then they ask you if you are willing to provide feedback after the call so that you will give them a good reading so that they can boost their ratings -- when they do not deserve it! They are so you're cheating in one way or another! Pick your choice of which way that they are annoying or will annoy you -- because they provide lack of it -- including quality of service and very little for the price in the way of channels and what you pay! I do not make this complained lightly! I have given them more of a chance, and more of a chance than they deserve! They need to shape up and improve their customer service and they quality of service that they provide and they Services they provide for what they give you and what they charge!

It is Time Warner Cable aka Spectrum cable. It is a survey call to follow up on a call made by customer service.

Got 4 calls today (12/23/16) from1-800-846-8212. Nobody identified themselves; caller ID said "Oceanic Cable WA". We don't deal with any cable company from WA, but from Hawaii. I called the number back. The recording identified themselves as Oceanic Cable and this was "a very important call." Then they proceeded to put me on hold. I waited 10 minutes, then hung up. I wasn't going to wait around and waste valuable time for a survey from these people or whatever they wanted. When I called Oceanic for a different problem, I told them about these harassing calls. They did research, got back to me and they asked if I ever lived or had any cable in Washington state. I told them No, never had; I never ever lived there nor have I ever visited that state. Not sure how these people got my number and why they're calling. Others have reported it's for a Time Warner survey.

Movies I pay for are showing up twice as "in progress ". I called to confirm that I was not being billed twice. The company assures me I am not being billed twice. BUT my TV show differently.
Now I'm being slammed with the 800 846 8312 has called 3 times with no one on the other end.
What is the number to Direct TV?

i called twc today to get my bill reduced then received a call from this number about 15min later voicemail...message said will contact me at a later time but did not say who it was.

Actually, if you read your contract, which clearly none of you have, when you signed up for Time Warner cable or ask for service, it clearly states in your contract that they have the right to call you for a customer satisfaction survey

I called with a billing issue and was disconnected but the rep called back and said she would call back when she had my bill straitened out. When she called back and was explaining my new payment I had a call from this number so I didn't answer. If i get another I will indeed tell them what I think about their follow up calls.

I had 5 of these robo calls from Time Warner within 1 1/2 hrs!! Annoying!!! They need to stop doing that. Do they go out of their way to annoy their customers??? Should sue over this!! Angry!

I had a serious issue and a very nice young man was very helpful. However I do not answer anonymous calls and they did not let me know who they were.

Your contract explicitly states that by subscribing to any Time Warner Cable service you are obligated to answer every anonymous phone call from our Super Service department (also know as the S.S.). Failure to answer these anonymous calls may result in a permanent service ban and a recurring monthly $89.99 penalty. Thank you.
