ditch left a very faded note on my door that can't be read. All that is legible is the word Urgent and the 800-847-0487.

Just found a notice tacked to my front door. Says: IMPORTANT Inside
says: "Please call 800-847-0487 and be ready to give you account number." No mention of who this is intended for or who it is from. Didn't call them, but if it is Green Tree Mortgage.....We've had Green Tree Mortgage in the past, a couple times and also we were sold to Ditech. Both of these companies are wonderful, outstanding and always did good by us. We will always do business with them. I wonder if this number is REALLY Green Tree or someone who is just trying to steal their business?

I just received a "homemade letter" from GT and then when I call them at the 800 number above they ask for my SS....they need to be reported and investigated!

I don't even have a loan with them, it is my Ex's Brother & Sister In Law, they call me every month and every month I call them & tell them to remove my number they say they do & look they call again...My Ex-In Laws are the worst at paying any bills, but its not my fault, but I am the one being harrassed.

You don't have to take this from them. Get a loud whistle or blow horn and tell them the next time you call I'm going to use it and DO. After you've blown out a few eardrums they will get the message!

This call is from Greentree Mortgage. They are a HORRIBLE place to do business with! If you can avoid it AT ALL do not get a mortgage with them!

mary is correct do not use Greentree mortgage and if your lucky like me if they end up aquiring your loan, gmac likes to push things over to green tree. Depending on state laws and your situation just walk away from the home...not worth working with them...
