The company states every time they call with a pre-recorded message that it's the Second and final call to reduce my interest rates. after pressing one and speaking with a representative. I ask for them to stop calling me and they hang up. They then call a few days later and the same thing happens.

Reduce interest rates on credit card. These calls have been coming to my phone for nearly a year. Why can't you make them stop? This cost me cell minutes. I can not ask to be deleted from their call list because it is a pre-recorded message, no live person. On dailing the number on the Caller ID, a recorded message says that the phone number has been disconnected and is not in service. I would gladly file harassment charges against this solictor if you can find them. Please make it stop.
