I have received numerous call from this number over the course of the past few weeks. Everyrime I ask to be removed from their calling list, they hang up. Good business practice. Next step attorney general or BBB.

Caller wants to lower my credit card rates. I do not carry a balance on my cards. If I answer the call and tell them to stop, they just hang up. The call is always identified as 800 Service and has been happening since September 23th 2011 at 6:05 PM.

The messages stated they would save me money on my credit card. The messages stated this was my second and final notice. However, I often have the same message on my answering machine. It is always the second and final but I contiune to receive these calls. There is not an option to be placed on the do not call list so on 1/11, I pressed 1 to speak to someone regarding lowering my interest rate. When the representative finally answered, I asked to be placed on the do not call list. The representative was rude and hateful. She finally hung up on me.
