Credit card scam

Do I want to lower my interest rate? I said" take me off your call list." The male caller called me an "Old Fart". He again asked me if I wanted to lower my credit card rates. I said, how can you beat zero interest? I pay my bill every month. I don't pay interest. He hung up.

The caller said they are from Financial Services with Mastercard and Visa. They ask if you would like to lower your interest rates on your credit cards. When I ask where they are located they hang up. When I ask them to take me off their calling list they hang up. When I ask to speak to a supervisor, again they hang up. Today I received 2 calls from them. I receive these calls all the time. I tried reporting them to the Attorney General in my state, but you need a location to do so. Please help!
