Automated recording: "Final notice to lower your credit card interest rate and payments. Press 1 now to find out the terms, conditions, and associated changes before the next billing cycle. Again, this is your final notice as it relates to the financial stimulus. So press 1 now to take advantage of this today." They constantly leave automated messages and I am on the no call list.

The person who owns these #s appears to actually be Stephen Hamilton with a company called PacficTel not the phone company but a scammer telemarketign company.

Mr. Hamilton's direct personal # is 310-895-0574 - feel free to call him and harrass him right back. The address associated with PacificTel is 12228 Venice Blfd. #559 Los Angeles CA 90066 - a scummy apartment area in East LA.

had at least 10 or more calls once while in cancun this caller is bull%#&@# and they hang up when i tell them to remove my # from there list pluss i am on a no call list and have verry few minets on my plan.

WTF is the FTC

Recording gave me the option to push 1 to talk with someone. Male answered. Did not identify company name and would not after 3 requests from me. He kept saying he works for Visa and Mastercard providers. Told him to take me off the call list. He said "you don't want to lower your rates? I said "please take me off your list". He repeated line about lowering rates. I said "please listen, take me off your calling list today" His response "you're not listening to me!". I asked to talk with supervisor, his response "NO!" Then he hung up. I receive approximately 2 - 3 of these recorded messages a day. I’m trying to log them now, but not sure what or how this will do me any good to stop this.
Did report this to the Do Not Call List and the FTC.

A recorded call came thru from this number saying he was from "card member services". When I pressed 1 for more info. a very RUDE, belligerent man said that he was calling to lower my interest rates. When I said I wanted to be removed from the call list (i'm on the do not call list) he said that it wasn't a telemktg call, he was referred to us by our "lender". WHAT A bunch of crud. I told him I didn't care, "remove me from the list" and he said, so you don't care if your rates go up??? I then told him to kiss my ass and I hung up. I think they are a scam. He couldn't give me a co. name at all, and we carry no balance on any cc, so I don't give a flip if they offer me 0% interest rate. This iis a scam.

Have recevied two calls in the past week from Card Member Services. They refuse to identify what the company is when I press I . I have filed a complaint with the Do Not Call registry multiple times.
