The call indicated I had an important message about my credit card balance and it was the second attempt. I could talk with a representative by entering a number, which I did. I was connected to "Max" who told me I was pre-qualified for a discounted interest rate. When I began to quiry how he knew I was pre-qualified and called me he asked for information about how much I owed and rates of interest along with what credit card I used. I told him I would have to look up the information so he gave me a phone number to call back the information (1-800-847-2911). He indicated his name and employee number (1110). I then began to asked questions about how I was selected and how he knew information about me as I was on a "do not call list". He became vulgar, calling me a "bitch" saying I sounded like a "girl" and a "motherfucker". I responded that I was recording the conversation and would report him. He then said, "I will come to your home (quoted my address) and kick your ass".

Msg indiated lowering credit car rate to as low as 6.9%, and that the offer expires shortly so cosider it final notice.

After presing 1 to get a rep, I was informed tat my information was covered by the FTC and the Consumer Protection Act and that he could gain access to all my cards with me just giving him one card's information, but he did sot of mention "social" inn there, so I ASUMED he meant he could check once I proved him with my SS number.

This was an pre-recorded "ACCOUNT SERVICES" call. I pressed one to speak to a rep (knowing it was a scam) and asked for a number I could call them back at. 1-800-847-2911 was the number they gave me. I believe its a scam to steal my card number.
