This company calls with a robocall system, using normal numbers from across the US (today they called from (219-433-4509). A recorded message says 'Hello today is the last day to lower your interest rate please press 1 to be connected to a representative'. I pressed 1, asked to be put on their do not call list. The indian guy said 'no I can't do that' I said yes you can, I'm on the do not call list and you need to stop calling me' he proceeded to tell me, "I don't give a fuck about that." I said I will keep reporting you and he said "I don't give a fuck. you think you can threaten me?' then hung up on me. I have received a phone call like this multiple times. they will not stop calling.

I got the call today, Tuesday September 8th from (787) 727-9284. They said I was paying more than 10% in interest in a citi credit card. They said they were from mastercard and they selected a few people to get a lower rate 6%. Why would mastercard just offer to give me a lower rate? The person with an accent asked me to verify my expiration date and then asked me to read my credit card number from beginning to end. The person on the phone did know the first few digits of the credit card. I asked how I knew this was mastercard and he said mastercard is the prime insurer and some stupid story about the banks. THIS IS A SCAM. WATCH OUT! I asked for what number I could call them back on and they said 1-800-847-2911. They referred me to mastercard.com.

Yes I have been receiving call's from # a man named Steven i did not catch the last name he claimed to be able to lower all Visa,Mastercard and Amex card's interest rate 6% or less claimed his company works with these card companies and No conflict of interest and rate will not be raised as long as you are not late on payments more than once This is not an consolidation, a loan or anything like that! when I said I would talk to my husband about this before anything could be started he became pushy! he claimed i needed to start this now because i am eligible right now and may not be tomorrow! he did not like my my response to him ( 24 hours will not change anything with my credit) he tried to argue this but finally gave up and became rude and said he would call back today and hung up on me! So i guess i will see if he calls back today
