They call every couple of days. It is someone using Chase Bank phone to spam my work phone. They don't say anything when I answer, they just hang up. I don't get why they are doing this. I don't owe anyone anything.

Caller ID was " CHASE MANHATTAN " I did not answer the phone. After searching this number online, it can either be from Chase or can be spoofed, but Chase Manhattan? That's suspicious to me b/c The Chase Manhattan Bank was acquired by JPMChase in 1996. I don't know if it was a spoof or from Chase but I refuse to answer calls unless I know the caller personally.

They call all the time. Have this number on a blocker app...Frak Chase, might be a little late but has never gone over 30 days...they can kiss my rosey red....

Have been receiving calls daily, at my place of employment, and do not appreciate it! I pick up and there's a hang up. Just reporting this, along with everybody else, as harassment.

Calls every morning at 8:00 a.m. everyday of the week AND calls five times a day. No one answers the phone when I pick up on the weekends. During the week when I answer the phone sometimes someone is on the line but... when I tell them the person they are seeking is at work they continue to call the same times. HARRASSMENT. They also refuse to tell me what company they are calling for. I do not ask for the reason they are calling I ask for the company name. THEY REFUSE. The person who called was Anna something. I couldn't understand the last name due to it was quickly mumbled. Isn't there a law regarding the amount of calls these people make to a person before it becomes harassment?

This call is made to 513 423-7635 and there is no one there that has a mortgage through Chase bank other than my brother and he no longer lives there. We want these calls stopped please. Thank you.

Chase Bank calling my cell phone for someone named Muhammad. They have been told multiple times that that have the wrong number. They even call on the weekends before 8:30am.

you should be able filter incoming by either caller id number or caller id name, to:
+ disconnect
+ play fake phone disconnected error
+ always busy
+ fake ringing to them no ringing your phone
+ blacklisted announcement
+ code challenge
+ voicemail


a more advanced plan will allow you to auto-forward to people with the coercive force of government to discourage their abuse:

they called me 5 times from January 24-27 2-13. Th, Fr, Sat, Sun. 8:30 in the morning on Saturday, and 10:30 a.m Sunday. They left no msg. I picked up when they called on Sunday, and there was nothing on the other end of the line. Pretty lame... My caller ID shows "toll free - " and then the number. No identifying name.

They call me as well up to five times a day.
This very well could be telephone-number spoofing, so use: Truth in Caller ID Act (like I did !)

Just to add - the person would not give me his name or company, I escalated it to his manager who did not give his name or the company either !

This number calls 3-6 times a day. I have answered, told them to stop calling. They continue to call and when I pick up they hang up.

I finally pressed the caller for the reason of their call. Come to find out they are from Chase Mtg. Do Not give them information. Hang up and call your mortgage company directly. The reason they could be calling is there maybe something wrong with your payment to your mortgage. In our case we just refinanced and our mtg account number was changed to match the new refinanced mortgage. So, if you pay by bill pay on the old loan # your payment did not get applied and the mortgage company returned your payment do to the error. I feel this was an error on the Mortgage Company for not informing their customers on updating loan numbers.

Chase Business and Mortgage; keep calling our phone number asking for a deceased Judge, Hon. Peter Sikora, regarding his mortage. Our repeated explainations that he has never had this phone number, is not related to us AND that he died in April, have not stopped these calls. This harrassment has been going on for the past two months.
