answered phone, saying hello 3 time then Foreigner asks for my dad. while i am saying hes not here can I take a message I soon realize the stupid WITCH hung up on me after annoying me with her call.

I picked up the phone when it rang from this number and for over 12 minutes it kept saying that I should "hold for an important message, we'll be right with you" (not verbatim) Got that message over and over and no one came on. The severe PROBLEM was that I could not disconnect from that call - and not only was I attempting to call my daughter to find out if her doctor's appointment told her she had cancer BUT a TORNADO WARNING was happening near my area and headed towards her! AND I COULD NOT GET THESE CHASE FREAKS' PHONE CALL DISCONNECTED! I AM in a home modification but I am NOT going to sit on the phone wasting my phone battery in normal weather much less when I'm trying to warn someone about a TORNADO. Chase makes way more than enough money to afford a better phone system!

Caller reached wrong number. Said he was from Chase calling about a mortgage. TI advised him to remove my number from the account and he said he would. If I get another such call, I will file a complaint with the FCC.

A person with a very thick accent claiming to be from Chase's Debt Collection department was calling to "confirm" some information because he said that there had been some problems with the computers at Chase. My payments are current and there would have been no reason for anyone from Chase to call me. I was instantly suspicious and hung up without answering any of his questions. I then googled the telephone number 1-800-848-9380 and founds lots of people with similar complaints.
