We received TWO phone calls asking for us to call back to 1-800-861-8010 for free Annual Wellness Checkup furnished to us a no cost from OPTUM. One call was a "live" lady whose Caller ID was Jennifer Perez at 1-877-787-2594. The other call was from a "live" man whose Caller ID said Ricardo Duran at 1-877-787-2594. (NOTE: Caller ID was the same number for both calls.) Naturally, we are not responding to those calls.
