Found this number (800) 864-1224 listed for Nielsen after doing a Google search. My company had received an invoice for consumer panel data that we had no record of purchasing. I wasn't able to reach anyone via the number on the invoice, so I decided to Google another number. I called 800-864-1224, automated system saying "you have reached Nielsen". I selected option 5 for Accounts Payable, then Option 2 for Accounts Receivable. The phone rang, then I heard a click like I was being disconnected, but then continued dialing. A man with an Indian accent answered - I asked if this was Nielsen, he said yes, then asked for my name. I asked again if I had reached Nielsen's Accounts Receivable, as I had questions regarding an invoice I received. He said yes, and asked for my name again. I gave him my name, and then he said they were experiencing technical issues with "this line", and would send me a $100 Walmart gift card for the inconvenience. I would only be responsible for the shipping and handling fee, at which point I hung up! I did finally get a hold (legitimately) of someone at Nielsen and advised them of this. Beware when calling any of the "800" numbers found on the internet for Nielsen or their accounting department.
