This call is a blatent violation of FTC robocall rules and is subject to a $16,000 per call fine. The number is not spoofed and is a valid number as calling it back gives the same sales pitch. also the 800 number has to be billed to someone. This should be a very simple case for the FTC. Please report your call to them at

you DO NOT need to be on the do not call list as robocalls are illegal either way.
