Call my cell saying I owed on a charter bill in Houston TX. I have never lived there. Wanted my bank info over the phone. I hung up and blocked. Called charter and they have nothing in my name so obviously a scam.

This number won’t stop calling me along with other numbers. I won’t even answer my phone anymore unless I know who it is. I believe I was already a victim in a phone scam collecting an old debt. I never got confirmation papers. These calls are out of control. I’ve been getting them a lot for the past 2 years!

At least 5 calls in the last day and I have absolutely no reason that a collection agency should be calling me.

I missed a call from 800 875 5097 this am. I called the number back. They gave me an automated way to say that my number was not the correct number and that it would be removed within 24 hrs Is this correct?

I have gotten several of these calls as well and if this is a collection agency, why are they not leaving messages so that the call can be returned and handled.

I never answer and they never leave a message, so I don't know what they want. But they've called over a dozen times already. Hopefully CallControl will help.
