It's ERC, an incompetent, unethical debt collection agency that buys old debt and uses only debtors' first and last names as references for dunning. If you have a popular name that's probably why they're calling you...remember - I said "Incompetent.".

Don't answer - they will be rude and insulting and will not quit dunning you until you pay whether you're really their target debtor or not...remember, I said "unethical."

I have repeatedly asked them to delete my number they have failed to do so on recorded line I spoke with a supervisor again today this makes the 8th time they have contacted my house since the 29th of December I'm sick of it
