They are calling me about my neighbor's son who hasn't lived in the neighborhood in years. I received one call about 2 months ago and then nothing and now I received two calls within 3 days. I will not call them back and have blocked this number. Who knows they may just use another number to call.

This is GRC (General Revenue Company). They are a debt collector for Sallie Mae. You can send them a certified letter asking them to contact you by mail only, and they must honor your request, by law.
