Called my cell on do not call list. Screen said Direct TV (I'm not a customer), warned of possible scam. Bored, I answered, but no one picked up within a few seconds, so hung up. Concluded it was an understaffed robocall operation.

Same as above, representing DirecTV, BUT they gave an account number that wasn't mine. It's a scam.

yea talking about they were from Directv as well, stating I had a past due balance and asked if I would like to make a payment at that time.
Claims they are Directv, but when you answer they ask who is speaking, wanting personal info(which I declined) I have had Directv call before but was from their main number.
