Time Warner Cable Robo call persay, did not answer, other app states JAZMIE BROWN, tech, appointment, I really don't know, change in your bill, SPAM, other says, do not answer, I know but not for sure, number looks familiar, but with their name change and now SPECTRUM, I will call them myself, especially still trying to straighten my bill out, pay one company not two.
Time Warner. Just a reminder that they are coming to install service. Making sure appointment time ok
I also have received several calls from this number. I called after the 4/5 call and got a robo service asking what I needed service with. What's going on with Time Warner / Comcast ? Has someone hacked their computer system ? This is ridiculous.
Looked it up, others say it's an automated call about change in services, some say call to many times, did not answer, could be them real or not, I call them myself only if need and only if it's about my bill, nothing else. Hard to determine, but I am not going to answer only if I know for sure.
The multiple auto-calls from Time Warner Cable from 7am to 10pm keep asking me to confirm their appointment, and telling me to press a key if I want to keep their appointment. Of course I want to keep it! This is harassment to try tricking me into dropping the appointment.
Why? Well the Tech Team is sending a router guy out. Again. They can't get my Extreme Speed wifi to stay extreme, it keeps dropping down below even the Standard Speed limit. Yet they sure bill me for it!
