We recently got a new phone # and we get getting a recording message from this number for some guy named Scott who we assumed had this number before. We don't get a chance to talk to a live person to explain to them the number they are calling is now ours.

Oh Lord! ... the calls were for my husband's ex wife from debt collection agencies, including Penn Credit and were daily and numerous, 6-7 calls on "light" days.. We changed our phone number to an unpublished number (not even the Operator has the number) to avoid calls for her and the calls ceased for a year or so. Penn Credit somehow found out our unpublished number and the calls started again. I sent them an email that the person in question does not reside at our phone number along with her being divorced from my husband for years. They still called us. I had a screaming match with them due to the fact that my email was ignored along with responding to their rude and horrible behavior by threatening to contact the FCC along with informing my husband's ex wife to have them stop calling us which I am not sure if she did or not.. We can't keep on changing our phone number. After their last call about a week ago they informed us (very rudely after I threatened them with the FCC) that they banned our number and so far the calls have finally stopped for now. I also added our number to the "National Do Not Call Register":.https://www.donotcall.gov/faq/faqdefault.aspx. If it starts up again, we will pursue it legally and place a harassment suit against Penn Credit and however or whoever it will apply to. We are disgusted with this whole thing!

we get calls constantly. we are a buisness that has had the same phone number for 9 years. The phone calls started this year and they are asking for someone that has never worked for, been a client of, or in any way been associated with the company.

Someone needs to stop this company! They call my cell phone EVERY 2 HOURS from 10am Friday through Sunday night. This afternoon I answer the call and listened to the recording and it is for a person I don't even know!!!

Make complaints/reports to the FTC(Federal Trade Co-mission) and your state Atty. Gen. Office. FTC is responsible for the regulation of these types of organizations. Atty. Gen. Office is for the violation of state laws (which vary). You could also lodge complaints with the FCC for abuse of telephonic or any other sort of electronic medium. Get this information while you can; these orgs. troll these sites and tag such comments as inappropriate most times. Though I will continue to post this very same information to ensure the affected have the proper ammunition to battle the scammers, lawbreakers and less than ethical.

Get calls on my caller ID from 1-800-900-1372 all times of the day & night. These people even call on Sunday. They have called my home 20 times or more a day.

Recently was home from work sick and called Verizon to make a complaint; service rep from Verizon called this number and conferenced me in.

Come to find out, this company was looking for someone that was not a relative of mine!!!!

I think it's a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They claim that this person give them my phone number and address. These people for whatever reason Google and think that everyone is related.
They need to understand that if I don't owe anyone money; don't call my @*%&$!# for someone else. Related or otherwise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I get repeated calls from this number and they never leave a message. A real pain. Never audible and always hear a stupid voice say 'I HAVE AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR (#$%^$%^$%) ' and then nothing on the other end.

Recently I got a new cell phone. The number I was given obviously belonged to a dead beat chick named Brenda. I've had this phone since June 4th - from then till the end of June I had no less than 50 calls from these people! They will not identify themselves, I have talked to numerous "reps" and finally the supervisors letting them know to delete my number, I'm not the one they are looking for. The reps won't allow you to speak & when you try, they hang up on you once you tell them this is not the first time you've made the request. The supervisors are just as nasty, but did promise to delete my number. That was a month ago & I still am receiving phone calls from these idiots up to 3 and 4 times a day! Who can I report this to??? I've looked up the PSC & FCC & find no way of reporting this harassment. And no, I am not changing my number again for these asses! I just want them to stop. Help!
