Similar to other calls I receive frequently from different numbers on the same subject, assuring me, "...please consider this your final notice..." with the unusually worded qualifiers "...before we are unable to lower your credit card interest rate..." and "...press 2 and your eligibility to lower your rate will expire".
** Yeah, I wish.**
Their total disregard of the Do Not Call list certainly tells us a lot about their business ethic, doesn't it?
Here is a transcript of their insulting, intrusive and unwanted robo call:
[female voice] "This is an important message regarding your current credit card account. We have made several attempts to reach you. This is your final courtesy call before we are unable to lower your credit card interest rate. Press 1 to speak to the Member Services Department or press 2 and your eligibility to lower your rate will expire."
