Calls from this number come to my house evryday and when I answer the phone all I get is dead air and a click. Very annoying

I answered the phone about 10:38 this morning, stayed on phone for about 15 seconds. Nothing but DEAD AIR. The Company that apparently owns the # 800-910-4572 is Nelson Watson & Assoc. (Should be A$$hole, instead of Assoc.)
